PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Ground floor

The beamed open plan living area is the indoor focal point for this converted Gozo holiday farmhouse. The dining area and kitchen overlook the pool while the cool comfort of the living room offers a welcome escape from the hottest parts of the day.

There’s a shower room on this floor too – handy for the pool.

It’s outdoors where Pergola 3 really comes alive. The inviting pool is surrounded by sun loungers BBQ a dining table and chairs. The Pergla Valley setting and views over Ghajn Barrani Bay make this a wonderfully tranquil place to be.

First floor

Take the marble staircase to this Gozo holiday farmhouse’s bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has 3 single beds and an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds and a bathroom opposite.

LOCATION: Xaghra

The nearest restaurant to your Gozo holiday home is just a 10 minute stroll away and you’ll find lots more choice when you take the 10 minute drive to Xaghra’s village square.

Ramla Bay one of Gozo’s very best beaches is just a 15 minute drive away.

Ix-Xwejni Bay and Qbajjar Bay are both just a few minutes away too and are great places for swimming fishing boating and diving.
