The villa is in an elevated position on the outskirts of the pretty Istrian village of Tar with fantastic views of coastline and olive groves, yet a short walk to shops, bank, restaurants and bars. The beautiful fishing village of Novigrad with its new Marina, and bustling Roman town of Porec are both within a few minutes drive. The villa is well positioned as a base from which to visit the medieval hill top villages of Motovun and Groznjan, the Venetian built promontory of Rovinj and the spectacular caves at Baredine. The Mirna valley from which you can observe wildlife including otters and birds of prey in abundance, is only a few minutes drive. Two new water parks, Istralandia and Aquacolours are only a short drive away.

The house is finished to an extremely high standard, with solid wood flooring and solar glazing throughout, together with air-conditioning upstairs and down Sony Bravia 37″ TV, security safe for guests valuables and free Wi-Fi available throughout the villa. Due to its location on this small complex of 12 properties the villa benefits from uninterrupted views through the private garden towards the sea.
