Located on Calle Las Flores we are very close to the newest,fastest growing, bustling Huayacan Ave in the Cancun area. Many new restaurants,malls, entertainment and suppliers only a few blocks away. Take the bus at Huayacan or drive to the center of Hotel Zone (tourist Island) via the planned new connector bridge. A unique scenic route to the island that will become the newest tourist attraction. The on ramp for the bridge is located a short 10 minute drive using the beautifully constructed Huayacan Boulevard. Find us easily as we are only a few meters paste the end of the pavement on Calle Las Flores. Enjoy easy paved access to the meandering biking lanes provided on the attractive Huayacan Avenue all the way to the hotel zone via the new bridge. Tentatively due to be open fall of 2024 or early 2025. Discover the fun areas and tourist attractions from our private gated secluded Villa located in the newest part of town.
We offer you a choice of 5 suites ( 3 one bedroom or 2 two bedroom) with kitchenettes. Or choose the 1 or 2 bedroom house with kitchen , dining and living rooms. Covered balconies. A huge palapa can be booked for larger group dining or kicking back sipping a cool one watching sports on a large flat screen TV. Great for groups up to 14 based on 7 king size beds in a fully furnished apartment and kitchenette’s . ( more on special request)Prices upon request for our larger suites with view of pool area. Low season price for rooms 3 or 8 one person I suite 600.00 USD PER MONTH. Come sit by our pool and enjoy mother nature in the very quiet location that only a private fenced villa can provide.
