Il Cortiletto – Spacious 2 Bedroom Appartment in Como

In a quaint courtyard hidden from the street, Il Cortiletto is a recently renovated and elegant property, situated in Como, with 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a large lounge/kitchen area as well as a secluded garden. The property has free WiFi, is fully air-conditioned and sleeps up to 6 people thank to the large sofa bed in the living room.

This spacious holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and induction hob and large fridge freezer as well a host of small appliances – the property is non smoking.

The stylish living room area is equipped with a 55” Smart TV, a DVD player and an Xbox Games Console. The dining area has an extendable table with seating for at least 6 – 8 people.

Each bedroom has a double bed, the larger of the two has a 160cm x 200cm bed with the smaller one being 140cm x 200 cm. Both bedrooms have USB points by each bedside table to allow cell phone charging. Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home.

The property has an outdoor dining area under a Pergola where guests can relax – BBQ facilities including outdoor plates and cutlery are available.

Free Parking is available just outside the rear gate to the property (subject to availability).

The Cantina has a washing machine, dryer, steam iron and clothes rack. It also has plates and utensils for outdoor eating. Lockable from the guest side, the Cantina is a shared area (only with the owner/owners family Adriano should they be in the ground floor apartment).
